1. Returns (Sending items back)

When can you return? Only if the product has a Factory/Manufacturing Defected or if the wrong item was delivered to you.

Time limit: You must inform us within 2 days/48 hrs. of the item being delivered.

Condition: The item must be unused, in its original box, and you must have the bill.

2. Refunds (Getting your money back)

How long does it take? Once the item is sent back, saler/Merchant will check it (takes approx. 1–2 days).

In case of any refunds approved by Indus Business and Services Co, it will take 1-5 working days for the refund to be processed to you in Original Payment Methods/Source.
